  I regularly go to this AM PM to get my car washed. However this incident has made me never want to go back there. The first thing, I reached into my wallet to pull out a 20$ in order to pay for my items and wash to feel that it did not feel right. I held it up to see if the president face was in the corner and did not see it. So I handed it over to the clerk for a second opinion and she said it was fake and then refused to give it back. I replied that I was asking for a second look and that I have to take it back to my employer. She said no and then I proceeded to pay for everything with my debit card. (If I was trying to pay for everything without saying a word then I would understand them keeping my bill, but I was honest and asked for a second opinion) The second thing, I was in the car wash getting my car cleaned when all of the sudden it stopped mid wash leaving my car with the soap residue on it. The guy on the phone hung up on me right after immediately after saying there's nothing we can do about it. I had to drive to the front and get in line again in order for them to listen to me. They said there was nothing they could do and that I have to drive in tomorrow afternoon to speak to the manager for another wash or a refund. They did not apologies or say anything to ease my frustration. So I lost 20$ as well as had to leave with a soapy car that had dried up by the time I got home. Do I recommend them to anyone? Absolutely not! If I am in the wrong about the 20$ then please let me know what the law is about asking for a second opinion on a fake bill.
